Wade was thorough as he performed the maintenance check on our furnace. He was very customer friendly and answered all of our questions.

Greg was kind, courteous, knowledgable, etc. Our hot water heater went down - I called Greg’s number around 10:00 a.m. and he was out taking a look by noon. I was given 4 options within the hour - 3 new water heaters at different price points / venting capabilities along with repairing the existing 20 year old unit. All were explained in depth which assisted in our decision. By noon the next day we had our new heater installed and hot water flowing. I would not hesitate to give out Greg’s number to a family member or friend if they were in need of services he provides. Thank you Greg!

We called to have a consult regarding our furnace. The scheduler was very nice and she got us lined up immediately. Greg came out within a few days and helped us to come up with a solution for our oversized, very loud furnace. The new install was done quickly and professionally. Because we weren't there for the install, Greg made another trip to us to explain the unit and the new thermostat. He is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us. Very nice guy- felt very much at ease with him.

Greg is very efficient and prompt. He diagnosed our A/C issue in no time at all.

Our A/C wasn't working. We called got prompt polite service. I had plenty of questions and Greg answered them all for me in terms I could easily follow. I like the fact that they offer you several Plans to choose from for your repairs and that they are upfront with costs. We will be calling them with any future issues.
