Dexter did a fantastic job checking on our furnace. He was early for his arrival time, methodic in his testing, and very knowledgeable when explaining how our furnace did during the test.

The Technician was kind and courteous. He wore his shoe protectors and I told him he didn't have to do that. He wasn't told about the Space-Heater upstairs before he got here and I did tell him that there was another heater tom check out, so that wasn't his misunderstanding, he just wasn't told beforehand that he needed to check that one too. he did check it out and said it was good. I had Greg last year and again this year and next year I will also be having his company check for safety on my furnace and space heater.
